We partner with DHL, a reliable global courier service, to ensure that your jewellery is handled securely and delivered promptly. Every order is carefully packaged to protect it during transit and to provide you with the best delivery experience possible.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and the selected shipping method. The charges will be displayed during checkout on the billing and shipping information page, so you can review them before completing your purchase.

All shipments are dispatched from Dubai, UAE, along with the necessary export documentation. For international deliveries, DHL handles customs clearance at the destination country. Any applicable import duties and taxes will be communicated to you by DHL before delivery, and these charges must be settled prior to receiving the shipment. We recommend that customers familiarize themselves with their country’s import regulations, duties, and taxes before placing an order.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide accurate details of the recipient, including full name (as per government-issued photo ID), complete address, postal code, nearby landmark, and contact number. The recipient must present a government-recognized ID or address proof upon delivery. The courier agent may also record delivery details for security purposes.

We deliver to residential and commercial addresses only. Deliveries cannot be made to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or roadside locations. If a delivery is declined or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and any applicable import duties in Dubai. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount. So please make sure your availability during delivery of the shipment.
